On the eleventh episode of the Legends of Tomorrow Podcast, your hosts Kat Calamia and Tony Kim has a big discussion on creating, writing of modern super-heroines and female characters, and ties it in with the women of the DC TV Universe.

They discuss and analyze how they feel about characters like Arrow's Laurel Lance/Black Canary (Katie Cassidy), Felicity Smoak (Emily Bett Rickards), Thea Queen-Merlyn/Speedy (Willa Holland), The Flash's Iris West (Candice Patton), Caitlin Snow (Danielle Panabaker), Supergirl's Kara Zor-El (Melissa Benoist) and what they hope to see in Legends of Tomorrow's Sara Lance/White Canary (Caity Lotz) and Kendra Saunders/Hawkgirl (Ciara Renée).

What are the good and bad with the writing and portrayal of female characters in this genre? In addition to that, they also discuss about the upcoming mega crossover with Arrow, The Flash and Legends of Tomorrow with the first trailer that has been released along with the promotional image.

For the tenth episode of the Legends of Tomorrow Podcast, co-hosts Kat Calamia and Gregg Katzman share their thoughts on the Arrow episode "Lost Souls". They also take a little bit of time to praise the latest episode of The Flash, "Enter Zoom". The dilemma over in Central City had no connection to Legends of Tomorrow, but it was so awesome that they simply couldn't resist discussing it!

"Lost Soul" is an important episode for The CW's upcoming spin-off series Legends of Tomorrow because it has plot progression with two key characters: Brandon Routh's Ray Palmer a.k.a. The Atom and Caity Lotz's Sara Lance a.k.a. Canary. There was also a lot of focus on Olicity, and a little bit of attention given to Willa Holland's Thea Queen a.k.a. Speedy/Red Arrow. Did Kat and Gregg love the episode? IF they didn't, what constructive criticism do they have to offer? Get cozy and listen to the two fans talk all about Arrow!

For the second part of our ninth episode, the Legends of Tomorrow Podcast co-hosts, Kat Calamia and Gregg Katzman, talk all about the Arrow episode 'Haunted', which marks the return of Matt Ryan's John Constantine. Not only did the star from the cancelled NBC show make his debut (and he played a bigger role than we anticipated!), but this was also an important episode because it incorporated a significant plot point for one of the Legends of Tomorrow characters, while also blatantly teasing the return of another one!

Did Kat and Gregg lose their minds while watching the episode, or did they think it was just pretty good? They take some time to talk about all the important characters, plot points, and speculate a bit about the road ahead. Also, they spend just a wee bit of time talking about the latest episode of The Flash, too! That series also teased a Legends of Tomorrow character, but to a far lesser extent. Okay, who's ready to delve into The CW DC Universe with our co-hosts?

For the ninth episode of the Legends of Tomorrow Podcast, co-hosts Kat Calamia and Gregg Katzman take some time to discuss The CW's other two DC shows, Arrow and The Flash, because both of them had major connections to Legends of Tomorrow! As the new spin-off series gets closer and closer, Arrow and The Flash are taking steps to make sure each character is ready - or as ready as they can be - for the time traveling adventure!

In The Flash's new episode, "The Fury of Firestorm", Dr. Martin Stein (Victor Garber) finally finds his counter-part, and there's a HUGE cameo! Plus, the two fans have some fin thinking about Zoom's true identity. In Arrow's "Beyond Redemption", all eyes are on Sara Lance (Caity Lotz) as Laurel Lance (Katie Cassidy) attempts to repair her sister's psyche. Also, Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) runs for Mayor of Star City! Kat and Gregg delve deep into both episodes as they share their opinions on just about everything that went down. What did they love? What were they not fans of? And where do they think the shows will go next? Prepare for plenty of Arrow and The Flash talk, DC fans!
