It’s the episode you’ve all been waiting for! The Legedary Ladies is proud to present their third episode of PilotPod, “The Sopranos Pilot”. Amy, Kat, and Morgan gather round to watch one of the most famous television pilots of all time and have an in depth discussion into what works, and what doesn’t, about the episode. They are also joined by Morgan’s fiance, Mike, for their PilotPod script reading, and introduce a new PilotPod segment - the Spoiler Section, where they watch the final scene of the series - which in this case, is one of the most infamous scenes in all of television.

In Part 2 of their Aliens Special, The Legendary Ladies turn to Morgan and Amy for a look away from DC and DCTV Aliens. In a vein like their famous Encore History episodes, Amy and Morgan have each picked an alien-related topic, and learned SO MUCH about it. While Amy gives listeners a look into a few of the tv shows that involve aliens, and a look at the alien species, Morgan shares some information about actual alien sightings, UFO conspiracies, and crop circles. And probably most importantly, they ask each other - do you believe?

This week, the Legends of Tomorrow Podcast jumps back into DCTV with an episode dedicated entirely to the aliens of the DC Universe. In Part 1 of what became a 2 hour recording about aliens, Kat (with some assistance from listener Abby) talks about what aliens the Legends of Tomorrow series might be able to bring in - and who they definitely won't be able to get. The hosts also debate whether or not they'd like to have the HawkPeople back on the series and give a special shout-out to a very special listener.

In their final Spooky Session, the Legendary Ladies settle in to watch Netflix's The Haunting of Hill House. Part Morgan's Spooky Swap, and part PilotPod, Amy, Kat, and Morgan break down the first episode of the series, and discuss whether or not it qualifies as a true pilot. They talk about their favorite spooky aspects of the episode, what will keep them coming back, and what makes this kind of horror different from the other work they've watched this October. The Ladies also discuss their favorite Spooky Session of the month, and have a very long, important discussion about whether or not Scream holds up as well as a Subaru.

Quick! Into the basement! And don’t forget to...um...not lock the door! And keep the lights off! It’s another episode of the Legendary Ladies Spooky Sessions, and this week, Morgan, Kat, and Amy are joined by Morgan’s fiance Mike to talk about the horror queen, Scream. As it’s Kat’s spooky swap pick, she leads a discussion about the classic horror film, talking about what makes the film so successful - and gets Amy’s impression of her first ever slasher flick! The hosts talk about their experience with horror flicks, what makes Scream a postmodern success, and what “The Final Girl” means to them after watching this film.

Next week, for their last Spooky Session, Morgan’s pick is “The Haunting of Hill House”!

It's week two of the Legendary Ladies Spooky Sessions - and incidentally, also their second PilotPod Episode - as Amy shares her spooky pick with the girls - The Following, an NBC show from 2013. To the ladies' deep sadness (and with apologies to their listeners), Amy picked the one show that isn't streaming anywhere online, but nonetheless, the show must go on. Kat and Morgan share their thoughts on the scary aspects of the show and the hosts break down what worked about this pilot - and what didn't. How many times has Kat seen this pilot? Which characters would have benefited from a more interesting story? Which of the hosts is more likely to watch Constantine than the rest of the series? Find out this week on the Spooky Sessions!

Stay tuned for next week, with Kat's Spooky pick - SCREAM!

Turn down the lights, grab your favorite witches' brew, and settle in as the Legendary Ladies treat you to a month-long October special event: The Spooky Sessions. Amy, Kat, and Morgan step off the Waverider and swap their favorite scary, mudery, or spooky movies and tv shows with each other. Each week, the hosts will chose their Spooky Pick, the rest of the crew watches it, and the Ladies will gather round a virtual jack-o-lantern to talk about their picks!

For their first Spooky Session, the hosts are watching the listeners choice - the episode "Hush" from Buffy. They open their discussion with a conversation about horror films and movies, have some fun Buffy chat, and break down what makes this episode such a unique, spectacular episode of Buffy - and whether or not it is really, truly scary.

Next week, Amy's Spooky Swap doubles as a PilotPod, as the crew watches the first episode of The Following.

In their most requested hiatus episode yet, the Legendary Ladies are joined by DCTV After Dark host Sarah for another hilarious episode of "Sarah Doesn't Watch Legends!". Amy, Kat, and Morgan pop a bottle of wine, put Sarah in front of the infamous "Legends of ToMeowMeow" episode with absolutely zero content, give her a drinking game, and then ask her to answer questions about the episode! What is Constantine trying to do? Why is Amaya Charlie a shape-shifter? And how many times do the Legends die in the episode? No one really knows, but Sarah's gonna try to see these questions anyway! (ADULT LANGUAGE)

It's the crossover you've all been waiting for! The Legendary Ladies have teamed up with the girls at Supergirl Radio (incidentally, one is Morgan's clone) to bring you a discussion of time-travel across Supergirl and Legends of Tomorrow! Rebecca and Morgan, of Supergirl Radio, give Amy and Kat (and Morgan's clone) a rundown of how time travel has been used so far in Supergirl, including introducing them to the "Legion of Super-heroes" and the "Legion Cruiser", as well as sharing some of the bigger plot points of Supergirl Season 3 that relied on time travel. The Legendary Ladies return the favor, teaching Rebecca and the other of Mogan's clones all about the Waverider, the rules(ish) of time travel in Legends of Tomorrow, and how a bowl of jello relates to the Temporal Zone.

The hosts also make some snap judgements about some good ol' timey-wimey stuff, and the Legendary Ladies decide to hire New Rachel to be their Script Coordinator.

This episode is also posted on the Supergirl Radio feed.

The Legendary Ladies of the Legends of Tomorrow Podcast are proud to present their first ever "PilotPod", a new Legendary Ladies series to help their fans get through the extended summer hiatus. On each PilotPod episode, Kat, Amy, and Morgan will break down some of their favorite television pilots, starting with one of the most famous Pilots of all time - the pilot of LOST. On their extra long PilotPod Pilot, as it were, the hosts talk about their initial impressions of the 2 hour LOST pilot, explore the story and relationships established in the first few acts, and talk about the creative choices made during filming (including a script to screen analysis of the first few pages, the musical choices, and the network changes to the original script).

On the next PilotPod, the Legendary Ladies will be discussing THE SOPRANOS and encourage listeners to send them their SHORT thoughts about THE SOPRANOS pilot. If you would like to send feedback or share your thoughts on PilotPod, please email TheLegendaryLadies@gmail.com.

NOTE: this episode contains some foul language.

This week, the Legendary Ladies return for part two of their Roundtable Series about LGBTQA Representation in media. Amy, Kat, and Morgan welcome back guests Phil Falco, Sarah Boyce, and Lara Hedberg to continue their conversation and analysis into queer representation and dive a little deeper into some of the challenges faced by the community as they hope to see themselves on the big screen. The hosts discuss the lack of “happy endings” for members of the queer community, the prevalance and importance of coming out stories, and the responsibility creators in the film and tv industry have to increase diversity in the writers room and on screen. Additionally, the panel works to identify what qualifies as “queerbaiting”, and whether Disney is working for or against further representation in their films and groups.

In honor of Pride Month, the Legendary Ladies are proud to present the first part of a very special roundtable haitus episode focusing on LGBTQA+ representation in television and film. Amy, Kat, and Morgan are joined by recurring guests Phil Falco and Sarah Boyce, as well as Legendary Listener Lara, for an honest, open, inclusive conversation about queer representation on screen. In the first of this two part series, the hosts dive into the first time they saw an LQBTQA+ character on screen, what it meant to them growing up, and how children's media representation is changing for young viewers.

Additionally, in honor of the many bisexual characters on Legends of Tomorrow, the panel dives deep into bisexual representation throughout television media. The panel also shares personal stories about how certain stories touched or affected them based on the on-screen representation of a queer character. Additional topics include non-romantic representation of a gay men, common queer "tropes" in media, and representation in cartoons.

Different than many of the Legends Podcast episodes, this Roundtable series is intended to be an open, honest, hard hitting conversation. Listeners are advised to be aware of the topics discussed and consider any triggering discussions that may arise. We ask all fans to listen with an open heart and mind and, if they would like to discuss an opinion on the episode, to email the Legendary Ladies at thelegendspodcast@gmail.com with feedback. Part 2 will air next week with additional conversations including talk of representation in film, network responsibility in diversity within a creative team, and how large media groups chose to represent their queer characters.

This week on the Legend of Tomorrow Podcast, hosts Kat, Morgan, and Amy gather to discuss the newest episode of The Legends of Tomorrow, "Ship-Broken". The hosts introduce Son of Sam in their Encore History segment, and discuss the animal guest stars of the episode. The Legendary Ladies are back to cover a brand new episode of Legend of Tomorrow...and they brought another friend! This week, Amy, Kat, and Morgan are joined by a long time Legends fan, Phil Falco, the writer of the Haunting comic book series (live on Kickstarter!). Together, the team dives into the newest episode, “Zari, Not Zari” and discovers themselves surprisingly polarized on the episode. Where some love the Loom of Fate, others find it less than intriguing - while still others are lukewarm about it all together. One thing remained universal, however; the Ladies (and Phil) were blown away by Tala Ashe’s performance and began theorizing about how she might return. Finally, the ladies throw out a theory about Sara’s new Immortality gift...and what that might mean. As always, the hosts crown their MVP and read fan feedback. Stay tuned after the feedback for a special announcement for our Legendary Listeners!

Grab a drink, settle in, and get ready - it's the Legendary Ladies as you've never heard them before! This week, on a very special (and very PG-13) hiatus episode, Amy, Kat, and Morgan are joined by a special guest who has....well...never seen Legends of Tomorrow before. The hosts sat their friend Sarah in front of their favorite episode of Legends, with basically no context, and gave her a glass of wine and a drinking game. Then, they turned on the microphone and asked Sarah to give the Drunk History of Legends of Tomorrow.

Needless to say, things got even wilder than usual. Parents, you've been warned!

Want to take it up a notch? Turn this podcast episode into a drinking game yourself!

Take a sip when our guest:
- Calls someone by a nickname (High Hair, Robocop, etc)
- Gets something blatantly wrong
- Brings up Mick's "profession"

Finish your drink when Sarah asks about Gary.
